Based in the greater Toronto area, Principals Bruce Cole and Jai Cole,CEM, are recognized leaders in the exposition industry and members of the Canadian Association of Exposition Management,the Society of Independent Show Organizers, International Association of Expositions and Events, Center of Exhibition Industry Research, Canadian Society of Professional Event Specialists.

Jai Cole writes the Greening of Events Guru Reports for CEIR, Center of Exposition Industry Research and writes the Social Media blog for Incentive Meetings and Travel Online. Plum Communications is the Canadian representative for Koelnmesse and is contracted by many well known exposition companies to manage various aspects of their events.

Both Jai and Bruce taught the Certificate Program for Exposition and Convention Management at George Brown College for four years. Many of their students work in the industry today. Jai, is currently on the faculty for the Certified Exposition Management (CEM) program from IAEE, International Expositions and Events Association.
